By downloading or using the IELTS BandReady mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial exam preparation.

2. Educational purpose and no guarantee of results

The App is an independent study and practice tool. Band-score estimates, feedback, and progress indicators are generated automatically on your device to help you focus your practice. They are approximate guides only and are not official IELTS scores. We do not guarantee any particular result on the real IELTS test. Your actual performance depends on many factors outside the App's control.

3. Not affiliated with IELTS

IELTS is a registered trademark of its respective owners. IELTS BandReady is an independent preparation tool and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or connected to the official IELTS test providers (the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, or Cambridge Assessment English). All practice content in the App is original material created for study purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the App or its content, or use it in any unlawful way.

5. Intellectual property

All content within the App, including text, design, and practice material, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable laws, except where third-party rights are noted.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Changes to the App and these terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
